Your property visit is completely online, so you can revisit it as many times as you like. It’s just like being there.
When you make a reservation, that property is blocked until the landlord responds to your request (for up to 24 hours). Once the landlord accepts, your payment method will automatically be charged. This is why we take your payment details at this stage.
First payment: As an extra security step, your first payment is made through Get A Casa. We will transfer this money to the landlord after your reservation request is accepted.
Booking fee: To ensure sustainability and provide technical and customer support, a booking fee of 50 euros is imposed on all properties listed on our website.
Once the landlord accepts your booking, we will facilitate communication by connecting you with the landlord via email. This way, you can coordinate important details such as move-in time, key collection, and other essential arrangements.
Many of our tenants are moving to a new country for the first time. In Get A Casa, we assist you in finding the perfect home and connect you with our trusted and verified landlords, ensuring you have nothing to worry about. Simply pack your bags and leave the rest to us.
And that’s it; the home is yours! The landlord will now be your main point of contact, but Get A Casa will still be here in case you have any issues.
All you have to do is collect your keys and sign your contract. The first payment you made previously will now be transferred to the landlord, allowing you to complete the remaining rent payment.
